John Storer Charnwood is a charitable organisation, working to promote and achieve community activity and well-being. We run John Storer House (JSH) in Loughborough, a fully-accessible community centre, serving the communities in Charnwood with activities running throughout the day and evening and at weekends too.
At the Café @ JSH our friendly staff will be pleased to serve you with a range of home-made, freshly cooked meals or snacks, including vegetarian options. Come in and try our new selection of paninis, baguettes, jacket potatoes (all with delicious fillings) and choice of daily special meal.
John Storer Charnwood supports several Forums, where people come together to discuss and act on local needs.
A number of projects are supported and based at John Storer House, such as Charnwood Community Transport and the Leicestershire Community Safer Sex Project (CSSP).
We also run an award winning allotment on the Mountfields site.
We welcome voluntary organisations into membership of John Storer Charnwood. For a membership pack contact email@example.com.

'Been on the Hub yet?' to access Charnwood Connect's Knowledge Hub which brings advice and information together.
JSC is working in partnership with Charnwood Connect on a two-year partnership project set up to strengthen and improve access to advice and information services.
The Knowledge Hub is a community resource for local people who want help with issues such as welfare rights and benefits, housing and homelessness, domestic violence, immigration and discrimination, money management and debt.
The Knowledge Hub is also an online space for paid and volunteer advisers based in Charnwood to access local information, share practice, exchange ideas and act on issues of common interest.
Please take the time to have a look.
